And, the psychological torture that comes with pMD - it’s just simply not worth it. They are constantly exploiting employees, overworking and severely underpaying them. The leadership at this company is completely horrifying. I tried to make things better while I was still there. I didn’t wait until I left to give my opinion. I was always giving feedback to my manager. I showed up to the one (yes, one in 2 years) “open office hour” that pMD held so that I could make my case of how I think we could make things better. During my nearly two year tenure at pMD, I constantly tried to provide feedback, to make things better. When I was at pMD, the morale was true misery for almost everyone.Īnother note - I feel zero remorse for writing this review. ![]() Many of these employees are legally forbidden from writing bad reviews pMD would rather pay people off and sweep things under the rug than address feedback. If that isn’t alarming, I don’t know what is. Unfortunately it’s not me, a single disgruntled employee, but nearly half of a 60 person company who has left. Between layoffs and people quitting, about 27 people have left. If you want to work for egomaniacal, mania-induced dictators - pMD is the place for you!Ī little note for the person reading this who may be interviewing at pMD and wondering if I’m a one off, disgruntled employee or not - there has been a mass exodus of employees from pMD over the last 6 months. pMD managed to set a new low at every stage - causing all employees so much burn out, sleepless nights, stress, and absolutely no work / life balance. Every time I thought it couldn't get worse, it did. My time at pMD, specifically the last year, was by far the worst professional experience I’ve had. This couldn't be further from the truth and is a calculated lie based on pMD requiring reviews from employees. ![]() When I look at the glassdoor data claiming that 93% of the company approves of the CEO, I get sick to my stomach. I am so relieved to be writing this review, finally, as a former employee and by choice (rather than by being forced to write one, as so many of these reviews have accurately stated).
